May 23-28, 2003--we spent our third anniversary vacation in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  We had a really great time.  Spent the first few days in Toronto risking SARS and exploding poached eggs and then we were off to the falls.  Like the rest of May, the weather sucked but the falls were great and did their job (i.e., falling) extraordinarily well.  Awesome room--the royal suite at the Sheraton, Falls View.  Seriously excellent accomodations & food.  Sadly though, it couldn't compare to the beauty of my wife.  Three down, 72 to go!
