Blair standing in front of Grimaldi's in Hoboken--not a bad substitute for the Brooklyn location.  Julie and I in front of our 2001 x-mas tree.  The Comfort diner--one of our favourites (on 86th between 3rd and Lex).  The origional Patsy's up in Harlem--still our absolute favourite pizza.  Btw, if you go there, be sure to ask Vick for the *fresh* mozzarella and fresh garlic oil for dipping the crust.  The oil is fantastic especially if you mix in lots of salt and parmesan with it.. We invariably get half pepperoni (for me) and half mushroom (for julie).  yum!!  It's also byob, so be sure to bring a six pack.  Then comes my birthday and julie suits me up for snowboarding!  We went with Alex and Cas and had a fun and torturous day.  Will definitely do it again.  SuperCas saves old buildings in New York and we took a picture of this one in Harlem that's on his a-list. We were near there to get some pretty amazing fried chicken at a place called Charles'.  My stuffed chilies courtesy of an approximate recipe passed on to me by John Skelly--these were great and fun to make.  Julie and I picnicked near the Brooklyn bridge with italian stuff and cheesecake from juniors.  Our niece Alex dressed in the xmas outfit we sent her..  Ha!
